     It is possible to make that kind of money but you need to invest time, money and efforts to get yourself educated. It is unlikely that you see success overnight as there is a long learning curve. You just need to set realistic expectation and pace yourself.

     The refund policy usually doesn't guarantee you will make that kind of money within a short timeframe. They probably are using words like "you may", "you could". If you invest with a reputable marketer, you can exercise your money back guarantee if you find that you do not learn anything from the marketer.

     If there is a guarantee that you WILL and DEFINITELY make you rich overnight, it is likely to be a scam.

     Probably too good to be true, most of those things are. You don't really list any details of this. Why would they want to recruit people? For what? Why do you need to have your own website to recruit people? This doesn't seem to make very much sense to me. You could easily "recruit" people without the need for a personal website. Sounds like it's a scam to me.

     What does this company get out of the people that you recruit?

      Paid surveys doesn't work so well like affiliate marketing in sense of bringing you such a big income. So I recommend to stick with affiliate and niche marketing.

      Selling affiliate product via clickbank or commission junction etc is a great way to make a living on the internet but you need to know what your doing or you just waste your time because you get no where. So make sure you do your research and find the right course to teach you what is needed to be successful.
      There are many so called Gurus out there just interested in taking your money and not actually helping you.
      You can do it on a modest budget, but it will be a little slow, don't expect to make thousands overnight or even in a week because you won't.
      Remember you need to invest time in the beginning so you can market your sites etc.

    I am wondering abit about copyright. I come up with some ideas now and then and love to try out some new things but i dont want to break the law so please tell me what is allowed. I am from sweden.

    Is files from Japan copyright protected?
    On forums and image boards I often see messages like "you cant post anything that is copyrighted in US" but all files from japan is generally allowed. Why is that?

    How can No DMCA servers exist, think china and maybe russia and some other countries can have those. Doesnt those countries have to follow copyright laws?

    I want to put up a website and keep it legal, my intention is to post adult material there from japan (hentai, maybe junior idols and maybe more). It is alot of other websites like this. Would this be legal for me? What would happen if i accidently post something that is copyrighted in US? On those other sites i can see that they get DMCA warnings but is that all? Like "ops, we accidently got something copyrighted here, I will remove it right away sorry" and its nothing more with that? Is it legal if the files isnt hosted on the website but it got links to a filehost?

    I also think about starting Video Marketing products for example amazon products. So far i put up 3 youtube videos with alot of competition. 2 of those videos i ranked 1st and 1 i ranked second for the best keywords in ~3 days, could have ranked first on all if i wanted just didnt bother on the last, those videos had nothing to do with this idea though. Becouse of this i think i would be able to actually take relevant videos and get those videos to rank first on youtube and put a affilate link to the product.
    The bad thing about this is that i probably wouldnt make those videos myself, i could for example take some review about a product and then post that. Would that be illegal? To clearify, would it be illegal for me to take another persons or company made video and put it up on youtube and other video sites and put a affilate link on it? If it is illegal, would it be legal if i made the videos? Think it is no reason why it wouldnt be.

    Thanks for first reply, I was almost sure it was like that but still wonder the rest like why doesnt those sites get shutdown or anything similar? They are illegal right?

    I could name hundreds of sites that got Japanese materials for download.

    Although i could almost do the same for warez sites and dont really get how they can stay up other than no files is hosted on the website, but a totally different thing with those other sites and they also have some content on their sites.
    For example most files are on hotfile, megaupload, rapidshare, fileserver but often single images or small archives are on those websites so that excuse wouldnt save them.

    They could be on no DMCA servers to avoid the law, maybe.

      Complete scam. NEVER pay any money to become a model, unless it is just to invest in your vanity. [You have to hand it to them! That "Boot Camp" nomenclature is just the right bait for those who have a masochistic streak and so are most likely to get hooked.]

      This scheme (and others) sprang up in New York a few years ago when the character who ran Wilhelmina at that time figured out that he could make LOTS more money getting 100% from pigeons than 20% commission from real models. Hawkers (complete with Wilhelmina business cards) were sent to canvass the night clubs, offering portfolio photography and positioning on the 'Wilhelmina' website for the tidy sum of 00, to ANYONE who would pay it. No one, and I mean no one in the agency or anywhere else in the business ever looked at the "website" again, which was and is the virtual equivalent of a garbage can.

      All legit agencies have "open call" where they receive models (usually weekly for a few hours), or a New Faces division that will look at simple snapshots of you sent by mail or electronically and give you a reply. If you meet their needs, you will be interviewed, and sent to an agency-approved photographer to have test pictures done. Even this has become a scam in many agencies, where (unknown or not to agency directors) underpaid bookers take under-the-table kickbacks from the photographers they use who charge the model up to 0. And that is just the tip of the iceberg. Unethical bookers will also favor models who kick back, or destroy the reputation of models or photographers who do not "play ball". Or just leave them to rot without appointments or work. The point is, the best agencies (like NEXT and DNA) rarely charge the model for tests, as photographers are always anxious to shoot the best new talent to improve their own books.

      In any event, do NOT pay some local photographer to shoot "portfolio" pictures of you to shop around for an agency. Whether the agency's New Faces person is honest or not, these will quickly go in the trash. OK. Maybe 0-0 if you have no other option -- but no more than that. Frankly, if you're good enough to make it onto an agency's real working board (and Wilhelmina still has one despite its shenanigans), even a couple of polaroids are enough to start.
