While many people are interested in creating a home based business, few are aware of the benefits of affiliate marketing. There are many ways to turn affiliate marketing into legitimate work at home jobs if you know what works and what doesn't.
The income potential for affiliate marketing is in some ways endless. You simply need to understand how to find affiliates and which types create the best income.
What is Affiliate Marketing?
Affiliate marketing describes a business arrangement in which two entities enter into a potentially profitable agreement where one business sends customer to the other business. Think of it as a high tech referral service. As the affiliate, you would direct traffic to another site for a number of reasons; head count, purchase, information mining and so on.
What kinds of affiliate arrangements generate income?
The amount of money you get paid for each Internet based referral depends a great deal on your agreement and on the kinds of activities the people you send on perform. Affiliates you could connect to your blog might be those who sell a product that relates to the topic of your writing.

QUESTION:
how do l get genuine affiliate marketing jobs?-
ANSWER:
You just go to clickbank, commission junction (They pay people but they also harrassed me a lot for me to get payment, so be careful with them, but so many legit companies go through them, so sometimes you have to go through them if you want to market a certain product), ebay, amazon etc. Most major websites have affiliate programs, just google "Ebay affiliate" or "amazon affiliate" for example. If you want to market movies on your website, then google "movies affiliate". But the large well known companies all have affiliate programs. Just look at the bottom of their screen for the word "affiliates" or google it the way I just said to.

QUESTION:
What does the affiliate marketing term "job traffic" mean?
There is an offer that states that it accepts "job traffic" and my network manager is gone for the day.-
ANSWER:
I believe that it means that they accept resumes for people looking for jobs. You mention affiliate marketing. In this instance it would be like a "finders fee". Someone is looking for a job, someone else finds them one and gets a little commission. This is what typical affiliate marketing is about: getting a commission for selling a product. You can find out more on affiliate marketing at

QUESTION:
Does anyone know of any affiliate marketing work at home job online?
I tried clickbank and trazee, but I really don't know what I'm doing. I don't want to get scammed.
Thanks-
ANSWER:
Clickbank is a well respected market place for affiliate marketing other products. It is used by many many internet marketers including the very successful. You can see more details on the site itself. Briefly, after you have opened a free account:1) You review the market place and find an item that you think that you can sell. The commission rates are shown - they are usually range about 40-55% but can be more or less.
2) Get you link to sell the item. Clickbank explains this for you. Now cloak the link so that it cannot be stolen.
3) Write some description of the item on your web site, a review etc and then insert the link on your site.
4) Promote your site. When someone purchases the item - they are sent through your link to the affiliate owners site who then takes the money and delivers the product.
5) Your share then appears in clickbank - who take out their expenses and send you a periodic check for the difference.Clickbank handles the payment process.
You can also look at paydotcom.com which is owned by Mike Filisiame who is an extremely well respected and trusted marketer. (butterfly marketing)
You could also look at Clikkads.com which provides adsense type ads using clickbank products.

QUESTION:
Which affiliate marketing networks can I make the most money from?
I have been using Clickbank for affiliate marketing products for the past 4 months and I just made the payout last week since you have to have 5 different transactions to get your first payout. I only do affiliate marketing part-time on 3 blogs and 1 niche website, but I would love to eventually do it as a full-time job and make more than a month to do so. For people who have experience with different affiliate marketing networks, which one do you see the most sales and income from?-
ANSWER:
Like you, I used Clickbank for the first 5 months I did affiliate marketing and made about 0 a month. I just did not find many of the products that great to try to sell and most did not convert very well. So, I did some research and found this guy named Matt Bacak who brought to my attention that Clickbank is not the only affiliate network out there. This Bacak guy is actually a millionaire and offers great advice if you want to check him out - www.mattbacak.com.I joined a couple of different affiliate marketing networks such as Commission Junction, Share A Sale, and Clix Galore. I can’t really say which one is going to make you the most money since I don't know what kind of products that you want to promote, but here is what I do to get the most out of my affiliate marketing sites.
I check the networks to see what kind of products they have based on the keywords I have chosen for my site. Then, I compare them to see which product or service looks the best and which one has the history of doing the best. Then, I pick that product and go with it for at least 1-2 months and then re-evaluate it to see if one of the other products may be better.
Sometimes I find that Commission Junction is the best and other times it may be Share A Sale that makes me the most money. It all depends on what type of product that you want to try to sell and what topic it is on. Do your research and don't put all your eggs in one basket.
Oh, and I have been doing affiliate marketing now for almost a year full-time after getting laid off and I have now reached the same amount of monthly income that I had at my engineering job, so you can make full-time AM your goal and success can be achieved.

QUESTION:
What exactly does affiliate marketing do?
A guy came into my work today.. he does something with affiliate marketing (I don't know much about it). He told me that he's expanding his business and he would like to sit down and talk to me about it. I guess offer me a job. I'm kinda young so i'm worried he's trying to scam me. Does anyone know more about this business?-
ANSWER:
Affiliate marketing is normally what is known as multilevel marketing; and it usually is a scam, but not always. If it involves insurance sales, run away fast!ADDED: One poster stated that my statement above is incorrect, as "affiliate marketing" and "multilevel marketing" are not synonymous. He is technically correct; many great companies offer affiliate marketing programs, but most of the programs widely advertised as business opportunities for those without prior expertise tend to be MLM. Some are absolute scams, some are totally legit in every respect; but most are going to be duds for most of the people who try them.

JOB.
Also I'd like to know where I can learn it for free without needing to pay some fee to someone who wants to sell me on info that may or may not work.Any opinions?
Please answer and not just give me links with affialite id's etc.Can this be a real job?
Also where can a person learn for free even just a good basics course with no fees to pay? Thanks for taking the time to answer
IF THE ANSWERS ARE GOOD PLEASE _DO_ INCLUDE THE AFFILIATE LINKS... But pls actually answer the question as well, y'know
-
ANSWER:
It can be a long haul to reach the point that you can work full time as an affiliate. Particularly if you want to learn on the cheap, you would probably want to do a couple of hours in the evening after your regular job.
Bear in mind, affiliate marketing is a business, not a job, there's no guaranteed pay check for a weeks work, in fact if using PPC sort of paid traffic you can expect to loose money for a time, while prospecting for a winning ad-product combination. Spending some money on instructional material might actually save money by shortening the initial fumbling around period, which causes many frustrated would be affiliates to quit before seeing a profit.
You might be able to find some 2nd tier instructional video on cickbank that's a rehash of the big gurus advise for around , I find it helpful to look over someone's shoulder at first.Search the web for affiliate forum, you should be able to find discussions by people in the trenches, while affiliate oriented blogs will offer helpful free articles, you can find lots of tutorial information on using adwords ppc on the google web site, though google is making it tougher for affiliates, who they view as unneeded street hustlers.

ANSWER:
I would make very sure you are employing the right people. Otherwise they will just take your money and you will earn very little. Are you sure you know how all this works? Best to work in reverse here. What do you need the most? Answer:lots & lots of visitors (preferably targetted to what you are providing as an affiliate).
How do you get lots of visitors: By providing something they want to see (content). Getting good positions in the search engines: Through a good website (properly designed and coded).
So, whover you employ to produce the website must be providing design, coding, SEO and preferably a program to get you visitors. This could be (and should be) expensive. Are you sure your website will be proitable enough to pay this back? If you are just doing this and hoping it will work I would suggest you research it a bit deeper

QUESTION:
What is Internet Marketing is it RIGHT OR WRONG? How to overcome internet marketing information overload?
Is there any company that offer internet marketing job that can be done fron home i.e. not visiting to office? what about affiliate internet marketing/advertising programs targeted at Nigeria, West Africa? Can anyone recommend a good Internet marketing book or course on getting traffic to my website? Source http://www.onlinejobsforall.com-
ANSWER:
There are a lot of internet marketing opportunities available with many offering marketing appeal throughout the world. Is internet marketing RIGHT or Wrong?... I have been involved with MLM / Network Marketing / Internet Marketing for the past 28 years, and in my opinion, it epitomizes the opportunity of free enterprise in countries that encourage entrepreneurship.
What other business or opportunity affords you the chance to fulfill you dreams and goals with little or no major investment of money. People are making 10's of thousands of dollars each month in their Network Marketing businesses, others are making a few hundred dollars a month and are grateful for the extra income.
The key to success in Network Marketing is choosing the right company. There are many scams out there, but following a guidline when reseaching your opportunity, you can assure yourself of a good chance to become successful.
When researching these types of companies you want to use the following guidelines:
1. Been in business at least 5 years
2. Financially stable
3. Has product or service with mass market appeal
4. Provides good support and training
5. Has a sensible marketing plan or pay structure
6. Isn't making outlandish "get rich quick" statements
7. Provides advertising and promotional material
8. Doesn't require you to stock inventory
9. Has no minimum sponsoring or selling requirements
10. Has no fees to become a memberWorking a home business can be the answer to many peoples dreams, however, despite all the ads you may see, it does take a committment on your part of time and effort. If an ad sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't. I am very leary of "get rich quick" type of ads.
I am retired and I work my home business fulltime now and I started out with a total investment of .95 and the company I chose meets all the guidlines as listed above. You can check out the links below.

QUESTION:
What's the deal with "entry level marketing" jobs?
I've been looking for a job and I keep running across "sports marketing" and "event marketing" firms that are offering "entry level management opportunities." I'm always skeptical of "marketing" jobs in general because a lot of times they are either outright scams or just want you to stand on the corner in a chicken suit, so I started researching. What I found was companies like this all over the country. A lot of them have exactly the same webpage with just the name of the company changed. They are obviously affiliated, but I cannot find any evidence of a parent company. They all claim to be independent growing businesses. I also find it strange that the only "marketing" that they seem to be doing is for finding new employees and not actually searching for new clients. Does anyone know anything about these companies? Is it some kind of pyramid scheme? Here's an example of what I mean... http://www.cookemarketing.com/
Victor - Actually, the job descriptions say no telemarketing, B2B, etc. That's what I thought at first too.-

QUESTION:
what is affiliate network marketing..?
what is affiliate network marketing...?is it an online job...?i wanna free online jobs like data entry jobs..please inform me...thanks alot in advance for giving a best answer to my question...-
ANSWER:
It is pretty much an online job and you can make a lot of money if you're good. I will use bodybuilding as an example. There is a lot of competition and many products (supplements) on the market. A retailer (the parent) may be trying to sell his products, but does not want to spend money putting up ads on bodybuilding-related websites because it can get expensive. This is where an affiliate marketer comes in. You can create your own separate individual website with your own money to attract viewers. You can attract viewers by giving advice and writing articles on bodybuilding. You can promote your "parent's" products with links. The links will redirect your viewers to your "parent's" website where they will purchase the products. The parent will be able to track which affiliate website redirected customers to their site. If the viewer purchases a product from the parent, you will get commission.
You are basically a promoter for the parent company. It is cheaper for the parent because they will pay you only when a sale was successful from your website's referral.

QUESTION:
can one actually earn money with "affiliate marketing"?
read something online that sounds like a legitimate deal. i usually assume all online money-making programs are a scam. are there real jobs out there that pay decently for working online from home?-
ANSWER:
Affiliate marketing is, in most cases, just another term for MLM, pyramid, and similar schemes. Most of the times, the affiliate marketing revolves around some kind of digital "product" that has to be marketed, and as an affiliate, it is up to you to actually make sales of the product. As a reward for the sales, you will get commissions. Now, the crux is that actually getting leads and selling the product is a lot more work and takes a lot of invested time (and often money) to successfully pull off; in comparison, the commission received is quite disproportional for most affiliate marketing systems and setups - depending on the way it is set up, you might have to deal with a "down-line": if you are offered partial commissions from people you sign up, especially multiple levels, you can be certain that you will NOT be able to make a decent buck from it unless you manage to get a lot of people to sign up under you who actually do the work. In that respect, it's a scam, because getting out of the bottom layer of such systems is usually incredibly difficult.
The people trying to sign you up are, of course, trying to use all the tricks in the book to have them let you do their work for them (since that is what "affiliate marketing" is all about, in the simplest terms.

QUESTION:
Can anyone point an Internet marketing newbie in the right direction?
I am a total Internet marketing newbie and I feel extremely overwhelmed. I quit my job after I had my son 5 months ago and my husband just got his hours cut back at work, so we need the extra money. I have read in some forums that affiliate marketing can be a great work at home job that I can do part-time and make good money. So, can someone help this newbie out?-
ANSWER:
I am also a work at home mom, but I have to tell you that affiliate marketing is just not a job. A telemarketer is a job. Internet marketing is a business and you must work hard at your business to make it successful. A lot of people have the misconception that they can, through up a website, add some affiliate links to it and make some good income. On the contrary, you have to work hard at promoting your site and getting traffic and sales. This is why it is called marketing. You have to market it and market it some more. I don't want you to get the wrong idea about affiliate marketing and get discouraged after a month or two by not seeing any income come in (which will most likely happen).
When I first starting affiliate marketing from home 3 years ago, I was putting in about 9-10 hour days to get my sites started, do my research, and market my sites to death. I only started to see regular traffic and money come in after about 3-4 months and even then it was only a couple hundred dollars and I had about 5 sites up.
But, after about a year, I was making over 00 a month and I was only working about 20 hours a week. In the beginning, you really have to work and then as you get your sites more established, you can set things to autopilot and work much less. Now I have 2 kids and make almost 6 figures a year and work about 20-25 hours a week when my kids are sleeping.
I have about 60 niche websites and I am in the process of making 5 more. The sites that are the oldest are the ones that make the most money, with a few exceptions. You will have sites that no matter what you do may just not see conversions or make you the money that you want no matter how much you put into them. On the other hand, you may have sites that do a lot better than you ever thought they would and you only put in a minimal amount of time on them.
For an Internet marketing newbie like yourself, I recommend that you check out www.mattbacak.com. Even though I have been doing this for 3 years I still subscribe to his Internet Marketing Dirt newsletter and learn new things from it. The Internet is always changing and you must adapt your strategies if you want to really succeed. I wish you all the luck with your endeavor and don't give up!

Can someone recommend me real online jobs. By online jobs, I mean actual jobs that I can do at home.?
Please don't recommend any online business that has to do with affiliate marketing, google adsense, ebay, surveys and the like. I want an actual job that I can do at home. Its like I am employed but I do the work at home. Is there such? If anyone can recommend something I would greatly appreciate.-
ANSWER:
I tried over 18 home businesses in the course of 3 years so please forgive the length of this post but you will find it very informative. Learn from my mistakes! Also make sure to read all the way to the bottom because I have included a list of the top 10 work at home scams. I am a mother of two little girls who are actually tugging on my arm as I write this so I will try to be brief. Many people are looking for work from home companies. All the scams definitely create a big problem but also, there is a problem of people misunderstanding the difference between work from home "jobs" and work from home opportunities. There really are not work from home “jobs”. To get that you have to start working for a company in their offices first, then they MAY allow you to take the job home. Most of the work from home opportunities that are legitimate offers are not an hourly pay type job. They are business opportunities that help you in starting your own business from your home. What you should do first is to decide if you are simply looking for an hourly rate type job or if you are looking for more of an opportunity for additional income such as what you would make in your own business being your own boss from home. Small home businesses have some small costs involved, less than 0 to start is reasonable and I would stay away from those wanting 00-00. It doesn’t cost that much to start and run a home business so you shouldn’t pay it.
If you are coming across places that say free then I would RUN don’t walk the other way! They never are. I tried them many a times and 3 weeks later I had to buy this and 6 weeks later that. After 6 months these “free businesses” had cost me over 0 on average.
After trying 18 things I work about 18-25 hours per week for a National Medical Benefits Company. This is a nationally known and reputable home business which is what you need to make sure you are looking for. I have been with the company almost a year and a half now and I make over 00 a month! In your first month, depending on how many hours you can work, I have seen people make anywhere from 0 to over 00. And your income will increase each month because you get paid residual income as well.
The best part is they have 401(k), direct deposit, life insurance and a benefits package most of which you get from day one. In addition, there are no products, no hard selling or pushing, no cold calling, no home parties and no telemarketing! That was VERY important to me. I absolutely love working with them and I can't believe I am making what I am making and in so few hours per week. The neat thing is there are other people on your team that you work with so you are never alone. You have great team support and you get to know the other people on your team pretty well.
I was a bit apprehensive at first because I know a lot of companies are not legit but this company is the number one National Medical Benefits Company in the US. They are a member of the US Chamber of Commerce, and the National Association of Dental Plans and the owner of the company actually sits on the board of The Consumer Health Alliance to which we are also members. Also they were featured in “The New York Times”, “Wall Street Journal” “Time Magazine” “American Medical Review” and even in the May 2008 issue of “Parents Magazine”. Even “60 Minutes” did a big special on this home based business.
Even more then all this is they are accepted at over 100,000 retailers nationwide. These are fortune 500 companies like Sears, Target, K-mart, Rite Aid, CVS, Wal-mart, Publix and more. These companies would never work with a company that was anything less than reputable.

TOP 10 WORK AT HOME SCAMS:
10. Craft Assembly
This scam encourages you to assemble toys, dolls, or other craft projects at home with the promise of high per-piece rates. All you have to do is pay a fee up-front for the starter kit... which includes instructions and parts. Sounds good? Well, once you finish assembling your first batch of crafts, you'll be told by the company that they "don't meet our specifications." No matter what you won’t get paid.
9. Medical Billing
In this scam, you pay 0-0 for everything (supposedly) you need to start your own medical billing service at home. You're promised state-of-the-art medical billing software, as well as a list of potential clients in your area.
What you're not told is that most medical clinics process their own bills, or outsource the processing to firms, not individuals. Your software may not meet their specifications, and often the lists of "potential clients" are outdated or just plain wrong.
8. Email/Rebate Processing
This is a twist on the classic "envelope stuffing scam" (see #1 below). For a low price (?) you can become a "highly-paid" email processor working "from the comfort of your own home."
Now... what do you suppose an email processor does? If you have visions of forwarding or editing emails, forget it. What you get for your money are instructions on spamming the same ad you responded to in newsgroups and Web forums!
7. "A List of Companies Looking for Home workers!"
In this one, you pay a small fee for a list of companies looking for home workers just like you. The only problem is that the list is usually a generic list of companies, companies that don't take home workers, or companies that may have accepted home workers long, long ago.
6. "Just Call This 1-900 Number For More Information..."
Not much to say here. Don’t Call!
5. Typing At Home / Data Entry
Here's how it works: After sending the fee to the scammer for "more information," you receive a disk and printed information that tells you to place home typist ads and sell copies of the disk to the suckers who reply to you. Like #8, this scam tries to turn you into a scammer!
4. "Turn Your Computer Into a Money-Making Machine!"
Well, this one's at least half-true. To be completely true, it should read: "Turn your computer into a money-making machine... for scammers!"
This is much the same scam as #5, above. Once you pay your money, you'll be sent instructions on how to place ads and pull in suckers to "turn their computers into money-making machines."
3. Pyramid Schemes (this is NOT the same as Multi-Level Marketing MLM)
If you've heard of network marketing (like Amway, Mary Kay or Pampered Chef), then you know that there are legitimate MLM businesses based on agents selling products or services.
The problem arises when there is no legitimate product or service at all and it is all about finding new recruits and not only can you lose all your money, but you can be charged with fraud, too!
2. Chain Letters/Emails ("Make Money Fast")
They promise that all you have to do is send the email along plus some money by mail to the top names on the list, then add your name to the bottom... and one day you'll be a millionaire.
Actually, the only thing you might be one day is prosecuted for fraud. This is a classic pyramid scheme.
1. Envelope Stuffing
This is THE classic work-at-home scam. It's been around since the U.S. Depression of the 1920s and 1930s, and it's moved onto the Internet like a cockroach you just can't eliminate.
There are several variations, but here's a sample: Much like #5 and #4 above, you are promised to be paid -2 for every envelope you stuff. All you have to do is send money and you're guaranteed "up to 1,000 envelopes a week that you can stuff... with postage and address already affixed!"
When you send your money, you get a short manual with flyer templates you're supposed to put up around town, advertising yet another harebrained work-from-home scheme.
SO that’s the top 10.
Please beware of these scams. There are some legit home businesses out there so be careful. Look for companies in business over 10 years. Look for companies with a needed product or service, something you would be proud to represent. Look for companies that have a national reputation and are members of the US Chamber of Commerce.
Also, don't be hung up on the BBB either. Did you know, common misconception here, that the BBB is NOT a government regulated agency? That in fact, they are local independently owned franchises where anyone, who pays the right price, can be a member in “good standing”. This is true!
As for those of you who say…..”I want to work from home but I don’t want to have to pay for anything”. Well, that’s great! But it will never happen. Let’s be honest, there is no such thing as a free lunch. As we talked about above there is a difference between a job and a business. You should NEVER have to pay for a job….but again…chances of finding a home job are about 3%. At any rate, if it is a true honest home business you need to expect to pay….Mr. Walt Disney didn’t start the Disney empire “without paying for anything”. Neither did Mr. Sam Walton, owner of Wal-Mart.

QUESTION:
interested in affiliate marketing, some help please?
Well I am interested in maybe trying out affiliate marketing but Have a few questions.
1- What is a good company to provide ads with a decent payout that also PAYS you. please note I am 16 so if you have to be 18 I cannot do it also I am not going to give out my ssn online[i understand this is for tax purposes but, im not giving that imformation to ANYONE on the internet is there a way I can do the taxes myself?]
2- Can you make about as much as a part time job? I have a confusing schedule with divorced parents so affiliate marketing is the best option for me to have a type of "job" i understand it probably won't make as much but, i'm hoping it comes to about as much as a part time job...
3- Can you use blogspot for affiliate marketing? [without using adsense as you have to be 18 to use adsense] by "can you use" i mean is it against blogspots terms and conditions?
4- do you have any tips on getting me started
-any help is much appreciated
also i do not have a website currently and would not like to pay for one which is why i asked about blogspot. I was thinking about possibly creating a website discussing tech stuff.[its not copyright infringment to say like "the game *game name here* is good for blah blah blah but bad for blah blah blah"
is it?] but since i'm starting out im not going to have a big audience so tips on getting traffic would also be useful [and also the affiliate program cannot require a certain amount of page views] ALSO i have no paypal and would like to be payed by check through mail.sorry guys i know this is a lot to ask for but any help is MUCH MUCH appreciated.
-
ANSWER:
I don't know the regulations in your country for these things. And by no means what I'm saying should be taken as advice before consulting the term and conditions and etc. (this is starting to sound like a disclaimer... hahahaha) But I have never had anyone in the internet ask my age.If you want to learn all the skills to become a true affiliate marketer, here is where I learned it:
http://www.profitlancebonus.com/It will take a while and a bit of work. But everyone I know that tried it has been successful. Plus it's better than a job because it teaches you long term skills about making money. You learn to become your own boss and work your own times.
You can use blogspot for affiliate marketing. But I suggest you get your own domain instead - from a credibility point of view, I think people are less likely to buy from a blogspot and more likely to buy from a domain.

QUESTION:
Quality internet marketing affiliate programs? (credit cards, etc.)?
Hey all,This question is aimed at people who are familiar and experienced with internet marketing affiliate programs. NO ANSWERS FROM BROKE PEOPLE PLEASE. I don't believe in jobs. (j.o.b. = fraud)
I am involved in network marketing and I love it. It's the only real thing. The other day I was in Downtown Miami and I met this guy in a popular club. He makes 30-40 Gs a month through internet marketing of credit cards. I asked him if he sponsors people, but he said it's a pure online system (he's affiliate). He didn't share what system though. I know for a fact he's no fake, cause I asked around.
I need info. You guys know any proven systems, books, sources, mags that talk about online affiliates? Most relevant answer wins! Please remember, Give and You Shall Get!
Thank you winners! All the best!
Great answers so far (besides the negative one), there were more answers originally but someone wrongfully reported the question, and the awesome Yahoo! Answers Team put it back on. Thank you all affiliates and positive people for answering my question. You've helped me learn a lot so far, and your answers point to the fact that there is a lot to learn in this industry. You guys are awesome! I wish you wisdom and prosperity in your lives!-
ANSWER:
Hi Young Boss,Affiliate Marketing can very easily make you ,000+ a month, but you need to know exactly what you are doing.
You need to follow these key principles:
1. Know what to promote
ClickBank has over 10,000 products to promote. The product you choose has to have excellent gravity, momentum, closing ratio, and of course, most important, it must be giving you a nice chunk of the proceeds.
If you went to ClickBank right now, would you know what to promote?
2. Know where to promote.
Most Affiliate Marketing noobs will just spam their hoplinks on classifieds, and are lucky to make 1 sale before they burn out and give up. I actually found a product that was offering to teach you how to do it! Correct advertisement is about learning where your competition is NOT marketing, and marketing there.
3. Know how to promote:
This most important! A great ad will not only destroy the competition, but get people clicking on your ad and buying like crazy.
For you to get to your friends level of k+ a month (and what a bastard he is for not teaching you), you will need to master all of these principles. The only place that is offering it, right now, is in my source link. It also has a load of free videos to get you started, before you even buy.
Once you make you first k month, feel free to send me a beer as a sign of your appreciation.
Good luck!

I really appriciate every help you can give me.

ANSWER:
Independent from server and domain name, you can create a set of basic html files with a JavaScript refresh tag to the affiliate links. This way you can set a timing of 1 second and even add your own analytics code to the pages...Your redirects will work, when visitors mouse over your links they will see a page within your own website and best of all you can see through Google analytics the traffic each redirect page gets... Depending on your structure you can create 1 redirect per link/or product and track them individually
No need to buy new domain and worry with advanced programing! Good luckBelow code example (for my privacy I replaced my Google ids for XXXX) I also have a conversion code:

QUESTION:
Affiliate Marketing: What is the best and easiest thing to sell?
I have worked in sales and advertising previously and I loved it. I am now looking to move from Georgia to Rhode Island. (Need to raise kids in a blue state).Me and my wife are Medical Assistants but I would like to make most of my income online so I can spend more time with kids. I am looking to learn more about affiliate marketing and I strongly believe in On-the-job training. SO what is the best item I can start with that is easy, I can make some money and I can learn? Thanks-
ANSWER:
This is a very open ended question. Unfortunately there is a cap on what you can learn on your own versus working with someone directly who is experienced with the field. Like SEO, affiliate marketing can differ from day to day on what works and what does not. You say you have a full time job, but without proper exposure to the field it can be difficult to bring in a sufficient income from it, even if part time. I would say do your research via searching and forums and NOT from all these sites getting you to sign up.Then I would follow it up by contacting an established affiliate marketing company and asking about doing part time work for them, and selling their ads and lists.

QUESTION:
Has anyone really had any affiliate marketing success?
I am so frustrated with affiliate marketing. I have been trying to make it as an affiliate marketer for almost a year now. I do it part-time and probably spend about 25-35 hours a week on it. It fills up my weekends and nights and yet I am still not seeing any real income. There was three months that I saw some good income and then it resided and I am back to making only a few hundred dollars a month. I just learned that I am at risk of losing my job next year if the numbers for the 4th quarter don't improve at my job. So, should I just give up on marketing and hope that I can get another job somewhere else if I get laid off or can I really have affiliate marketing success?
-
ANSWER:
Affiliate marketing success does not happen overnight. You said that you have been doing it for almost a year, but have you ever done split testing or anything like that to see what is working and what is not? Are you following a certain method or you just winging it yourself?I learned early on in my Internet marketing endeavor that what works for one person may not work for you. There are plenty of big name marketers that want to sell you the latest program or software to help you succeed and then when you buy it, it does nothing or it is so full of fluff that you don't learn anything new.
I have not bought a program except for Matt Bacak's Internet Marketing Dirt newsletter for the past year and I am making more money than ever. I have been doing affiliate marketing for about two and a half years part-time. I don't really have any intentions of quitting my job, but like you, I like knowing that if I got laid off, I could fall back on affiliate marketing for income.
So, you want to know if you should quit affiliate marketing. I say no especially if your job is in jeopardy. Instead of working harder, work smarter. Are you doing all you can to drive free traffic to your sites? Do your websites or landing pages make people want to buy the products? Have you done split testing on landing pages or keywords to see which ones are the most profitable for you?
Some people have this myth about affiliate marketing that you can simply throw up a website, add some affiliate links, and start making money. You have to work at this and you constantly have to analyze your strategy until it starts making you regular money and then you can relax as the money comes in.
Yes, affiliate marketing success is possible. I am living proof. Even though I only do it part-time, I make more money from it than what the average full-time salary is where I live. At this point, I am relaxing and watching my websites bring in money and working only about 10 hours a week on my projects. I make almost as much money from working 10 hours a week doing affiliate marketing as I do working almost 40 hours a week at my full-time job (it's a job that I love and that is why I don't quit).
I say don't give up quite yet. Also, you may want to look into the newsletter I mentioned as it may help you immensely (www.mattbacak.com).

QUESTION:
Showing Expenses Towards Affiliate Marketing Income?
Hi everyone, hope you can help.I've been doing online Affiliate Marketing for a few months, and I'm just wondering what expenses or costs I can put towards this type of business when I have to do my self assessment. The obvious ones are costs for computer, buying domains, hosting.. But after that I get a little stuck on what I can put as business costs so the Tax man doesn't take a major cut of the business profits.
People have said to re-invest the profit so the money is used in another form of business and not losing out to the tax man. Everything here is above board and not hiding or cheating money away from the government, but I would really appreciate ideas and suggestions of ways to either re-invest the money say buying property for example, and what I could show as costs for a business which is oriented around the web.
A bit of background: Currently I have a day job and do this in my spare time. I've registered this business as with HMRC and fully aware of my work situation. Unfortunately I'm very new to this and don't understand the full process of how this works. I like the idea of investing money in property, and thinking of renting out our current property then remortgaging it to buy a new one.. a friend of mine says this would help the reduce the tax on my profit which i get through Affiliate Marketing as there is little over-heads.
-
ANSWER:
The profits of each business will be treated separately by Inland Revenue unless they're related companies, in which case they may add them all together.Other than the expenses you've already identified, you can also allocate up to 20% of your domestic utility bills to the business when you're working from home. Do you belong to any organisations that you pay a subscription to? Do you have any maintenance costs for your computer?
Check the HMRC site for more information. Also contact Business Link.

QUESTION:
Does anyone know anything about "entry level marketing" jobs?
Here's an example of what I mean... http://www.cookemarketing.com/-

Besides Traffic Geyser, there is a free service called Tube Mogul. It works in much the same way. Additionally there is a software package I found called Tube Mastery (http://www.websitemarketingskills.com/recommends/TubeMastery) which works really well in terms of how to market on YouTube. The same basic information is true on the other sites, as well. Use your profile page to link to your site and use calls to action to get people to respond. I would just buy that program and familiarize yourself with it.

QUESTION:
what is affiliate marketing?
i dont understand what it is, what you have to do and how u get the job or even if you make much money from it??
please explain it to me in depth someone
-
ANSWER:
Affiliate marketing is a marketing practice in which a business rewards one or more "affiliates" for each visitor or customer brought about by the affiliate's own marketing efforts. Examples include rewards sites, where users are rewarded with cash or gifts, for the completion of an offer, and the referral of others to the site. The industry has 4 core players: the merchant (also known as 'retailer' or 'brand'), the network, the publisher (also known as 'the affiliate'), and the customer.Affiliate marketing overlaps with other Internet marketing methods to some degree, because affiliates often use regular advertising methods. Those methods include organic search engine optimization, paid search engine marketing, e-mail marketing, and in some sense display advertising. On the other hand, affiliates sometimes use less orthodox techniques, such as publishing reviews of products or services offered by a partner.
Affiliate marketing—USING ONE WEBSITE TO DRIVE TRAFFIC TO ANOTHER—is a form of online marketing, which is frequently overlooked by advertisers.[1] While search engines, e-mail, and website syndication capture much of the attention of online retailers, affiliate marketing carries a much lower profile. Still, affiliates continue to play a significant role in e-retailers' marketing strategies.

QUESTION:
Where can i get a job online?
I was wondering if non scam online jobs really exist. So, besides affiliate marketing, what kind of job can someone find online and where?
Thank you for your answers. They were unexpectedly good.-
ANSWER:
I suggest you look at employers who run "virtual call centers." In the past, when companies had Call Centers, they werelocated in a large office...you would see rows of people wearing headsets, taking calls. The typical case would be for
sales--like when you call a toll free number to buy airline tickets or to order clothes from a catalog. But today, a lot of
these companies are moving to "virtual" call centers. Employees work from home--the calls are routed to your home either over
the Internet or over the regular phone lines. I know JetBlue has one, and I am sure if you do a little research on Virtual
Call Centers, you could come up with a few more. Then once you have your list of companies, just call their main numbers and
ask to speak to someone in HR.

QUESTION:
Can someone live truly teach me how to make money from home? Affiliate marketing, Forex, or something works.?
Hi, I am Scott and lives in Chino, CA. I am also a young 32-yrs-old Chapter president of a Christian organization name Full Gospel Businessmen Fellowship. I am a chapter president not because I am a successful businessman, it's only bcs I have a strong desire to spread the Gospel. A 9-5 job would tied me up from what I am trying to achieve with this organization. My chapter is consistently bringing souls to Christ and I want to set up many more chapters like this. Can someone truly teach me how to make money from home? I don't mind giving back a portion of what I earn to you if you are my trainer, but please don't offer me any MLM stuffs (tho I have nothing against MLM, it's just not what I am looking for now). Another reason why I am asking for help is that I might move back to Taiwan in 2~3 years to allow my sons to go through elementary school to learn Chinese and heritages. I need something that would allow me to generate income online. And may be build a few more chapters there. I am not really looking into making big money. If 3 hours a day would allow me to generate ,000 a month, that would be enough. I live very foogle.-
ANSWER:
Good morning Scott,I have exactly what your looking for. This is not MLM, soaps, potions, or pills.

QUESTION:
Good sites for earning extra money around a full time job?
I'm looking for some extra work around my job to earn a bit more cash. Anyone know some good (no scam) sites? I don't want those annoying affiliate marketing sites, or online surveys etc. All those are a waste of time. I'd rather just find some odd jobs to do or something similar....-
ANSWER:
There are a few sites around for odd jobs. Craigs List is a good one. Another good one in Australia, although its new is ExtraBucks (http://www.extrabucks.com.au). Its a friends site. Good concept, looks like its just starting though (22/11/2001). Be good to keep an eye on it as the job list grows. Integrates with Facebook as well - do a FB search for ExtraBucks page and I think you can add it to your fb profile for daily jobs

QUESTION:
Good online paying jobs? Decent pay?
Hey there everyone, while still being in high school, I would like to make some cash online that may pay at least minimum wage or a little less then minimum wage as a job just to make some cash. I'm pretty much willing to do anything when it comes to making money online, i've looked at affiliate marketing (confusing) , surveys (were terrible), writing articles is another thing i'm looking at for some money. If anyone has a job that is online or knows of a reputable one that hands out cash for doing solid work online, whatever it may be, hit me up with it. Right now I don't know what else to search for that could be a somewhat understandable and hard working most of the time good paying job online. Thanks to everyone that replies.-
ANSWER:
One of the things I do is I'm basically getting paid to buy the same things I get from the grocery store (soap, dish detergent, lotion, home cleaningsolutions, laundry soap, cerea-l, vitamins, etc.) except I buy it from them. What makes their products different is that they
contain only natural ingredients.

QUESTION:
A job that does nothing so I can focus on my internet business at work?
I work at an Online Marketing agency, in the UK. I like it, but I hate having to work for some else. Plus everyone chats a lot at work when I really need to concentrate to get the job done.I have been trying to make my fortune online for a while. Tried selling things on eBay, affiliate marketing through Google AdWords, selling information products on ebay, and finally, creating an information website. I have much hope for my latest venture.
I often work 1-2 hours on my side projects during week days before or after work. I am dedicated, and I believe it will eventually bring me and my family a lot of freedom.
Currently, I am thinking of quitting my job. It is causing me a lot of stress due to the fact I am asked to do a lot of work, while the working environment is totally disruptive with everyone constantly talking.
So, coming to my question, what job can I do that requires very little work? so I can bring in my laptop and concentrate on making my money online.
Thank you for everyone that's answered! To clarify, the reason I want to do this is to pay the rent and bills while developing my online business.
I am not looking to NOT do my work at a job. I am simply looking for a job that requires little work.
Please keep the answers coming!

ANSWER:
You can earn money with affiliate marketing, but it takes time and effort and you won't be earning a large sum of money right away. Your question may encourage a lot of spammy answers suggesting books and systems to buy, but they are largely a waste of money. It is really pretty simple to do affiliate marketing. You are to become what is called a "publisher" so you need to have at least one website or webpage URL to become a "publisher" to apply for most of the better programs. So here's what you need to do:
1. Create a website, websites or webpages about a particular theme or topic. It might be household tips, travel, cooking, sports, gardening, crafts, pets, hobbies, how to build a birdhouse - anything that interests you that you know about or are willing to do some research to learn about. Eventually you may want to make several pages about several topics that interest you to increase the number of products you can market. If you are looking to start for free, get a free blog or blogs or start creating pages about specific topics on Hubpages or Squidoo.
2. After you have created a page or pages with interesting original content and photos about your topic, apply to affiliate programs and look for companies that have products that fit in with the topic of your pages.
3. Here are some affiliate programs that I like:
Zazzle - you can create and design your own online store of products by downloading your favorite photos and then post your store link on your webpages, facebook, emails or whatever: http://www.zazzle.com/vickisims?rf=238110270365818601Linkshare is a company that has many advertisers to choose from, and you get paid with one check from Linkshare for all of your sales.: http://click.linksynergy.com/fs-bin/stat?id=u5gSYs0n6aI&offerid=7097.10000025&type=3&subid=0
Share-a –sale is another company similar to LinkShare - they have many advertisers that you can choose from and you are paid in one check every month from LinkShare for all sales: http://www.shareasale.com/r.cfm?b=69&u=360104&m=47&urllink=&afftrack
All Posters - You can use the links to the posters and pictures at All Posters in your webpages to add some great photos and illustrations plus you may sell a few: http://affiliates.allposters.com/link/redirect.asp?AID=1581418438&PSTID=1<ID=19&LID=112&ParentAID=1581418438&lang=1
For creating pages for free where you can put affiliate links, I would recommend starting with creating pages (called lenses) on Squidoo. They have a pretty easy to use system of modules and you can even earn income directly from Squidoo by including Amazon and eBay modules. Pick products from Amazon and eBay related to the topic of your page and if anyone clicks on your product link and buys something you earn a commission. You can also add your own affiliate links to your pages. Here is an example of how you can put them all together to make a great page: http://www.squidoo.com/Seattle-Pike-Place-Market
Notice how the selling modules and affiliate programs must be appropriate to the topic and helpful for it to work well. People get turned off fast from a site that screams BUY, BUY, BUY - they must get some good information from the page to stick around and possibly eventually click out on a link. If you'd like to get started making a Squidoo page (called a lens) here is a link: http://www.squidoo.com/lensmaster/referral/VickiSims
There are numerous other free affiliate marketing programs, but with some you must earn in commissions before you are paid so it is better to start off using several advertisers from one company that has many to be able to reach the payment threshold faster. Then as you create more pages and learn how to generate traffic to them, you can expand to additional programs.
In the beginning you may wait several months before you earn the minimum amount to get paid, but as you learn how to build traffic to your pages, your income will steadily increase.
