      i earned about 40,000 just by doing the black smith job. once you become a five star, a 10X multiplier will net you over 1000 per sword. if you can keep up that multiplier you can net 30,000 in around five minutes. doing that while buying property will get you on track to being rich.

      i ended up getting rid of one my big businesses because i was not seeing good returns for the money i paid for it. (i didnt want to glitch it or wait till the next day.) so i sold it and got my ,000+ gold back and bought some equipment. i then purchased some smaller shops, and continued to blacksmith for a few more minutes to increase my fortune. but honestly, if you want fast money, and you are too impatient ( like me) to sit and wait for money to come in. working a job is the fastest way to gain money in order to purchase better equipment.

      also here's a tip, buy those small shops (they usually cost no more than 2,500 gold), ESPECIALLY the weapons shop. it can and will cut the price of weapons by half of what it would be.

      There were a lot of trailers and trailer courts and sometimes I made a day. And that was back in the 1970's

      I don't know how much you would charge for cutting a yard but I would say at least now. Took me less than 30 minutes to mow a trailer lawn.

      Easy money = low interest rates, tight money policy = higher interest rates. These in turn expand or contract the money supply.

      Higher interest rates will cause foreign investment...and even stock money...to move to the investments with higher yields.

      However inflation (which is currently impacting real income) from the loose money can cause people to not be able to find loan customers. Inflation can also appear when the wead dollar causes oil costs to skyrocket...draining spendable money out of the economy...and making loans unaccessible for borrowers.

      How much money is in consumer loans vs. commercial loans; what the impact of exchange rates as an independant variable would be...these I don't know.

      My best guess is if fiscal policy = stable money supply, then 'easy money' would work against it (B)
