      The Flea Market can give you REALLY good money, but only sell rare items Nook himself would want to buy for a good amount of bells. You can sell it for twice the amount Nook will buy it. Normally you can only sell 3 items, but if you leave the room and to another(not outside, attic) the animals seem to forget about the items you sold. This'll let you sell as much rare stuff as you want. It only works for WW, not CF(I tried :( FAIL)

You can apply for a telecommuting position to a company that has on line or phone positions where you can work from your dorm, home, apartment or wherever. Other than that, everything else takes time and work and the money doesn't come easy unless you put the time and effort into it.

      Sorry, but there isn't any easy money to be had. Try cleaning houses, babysitting, washing cars, dog walking, picking up dog poop and doing odd chores for friends and neighbors.
