      The product hasn't been released yet but you are right. There has been a lot of buzz on line.The Secret Affiliate is actually a complete money making system designed by Craig Beckta.       I heard about affiliate marketing through my brother who runs an affiliate marketing business in the states. Basically you promote a "merchant" in return for a commission of every sale you bring them. It can work really well, but i would recommend that you do some research first, just google affiliates.

      It works really well if you have targeted traffic, i go for content relevant to my own age group, its the cheapest and most cost effective way of bringing in traffic. Then i look for products that i would be interested in and sign up, then post the links or discount codes on my site. I found this Company recently, www.seeinstyle.com. A cool glasses website, they have an affiliate launch offer of 20% and quite a high average sale. Ive made £60 just in the last week, not bad considering i was at work and didn't have to lift a finger.

      I seriously doubt it, I've coached clients for months before-The same methods almost never work for the same people. Ebooks, at best simply give you a good framework to begin. In the end, theres so many layers to a successful website that no one factor can really make or break it.

      It's just another affiliate marketing program. They are a dime a dozen and the people making money are the ones selling the affiliate system. It says free, but then has a purchase agreement and refund policy. I'm not sure how it's free if you have to pay for it.

      The process is simple: You need to promote your system as a giveaway... And you need to be able to build the same exact system for them to use to generate their own leads and sales.

      Some of the things you are going to need are:

      1. Lead capture squeeze page.
      2. Autoresponder system.

    Are affiliate links ok or are they against the TOS, it should be classed as solicitation correct ? I never really noticed it untill today, i click on several posts and they all contained links to amazon with an affiliate code in the URL, it looks like "&tag=xxx". It is against the TOS right ??
    Yea, the 4 pages i ran across from this poster all had links in them to amazon. And also in the same post were the same 2 users with the exact same affiliate code in the link. coincidence ??

      That is a tough one and context would make a difference. If the link goes to a specific item that was the subject of the question, I would let it go. That is unless all the users answers were that way. If it just goes to the affiliate page or the store front, that is definitely a violation.

You can either use the same basic ID or they even let you add sub-IDs to allow you to track sales from different channels. It's a great system. I've been using it for over 2 years and now make a living exclusively off of affiliate marketing -- most of which comes from Amazon.

I know I have to cloak my URL so it is not all numbers and code but the affiliate URL I have been given is quite simple. {Example....http://www.vender.com/from/myword} It doesn`t seem to have numbers and code. Does that mean it is pre cloaked.

      You have to use your own word in where it says "my word". This is then unique to you. The system you are using will check no one else has used the word, you have chosen, so it is unique to you.

      It is then not possible for someone to hack it, as it will be cloaked.

    With Commission Junction, and I think Shareasale, they always ask you if you want the link encrypted and/or hidden before you get your html code. I think I read Google frowns on one or both of those methods but I can't remember exactly? Anyone have experience/knowledge/thoughts on this?

      The correct way to handle affiliate links is

      You should not display the affiliate code as the link.
      Doing so will result in less of a click thru rate which will mean a loss in potential revenue. The sample code below is one method of hiding affiliate links

      I don't know that it's a scam in the sense that they take your money and run, but they are just offering info that is cheaper elsewhere. It also appears that it may be illegal, since they are paying commissions for recruiting. For a network marketing company to be legal most of the revenue must come from the sale of a product or service and commissions must come from those sales, not from simply getting new members to sign up. With a 00 "initiation fee" I imagine most of their revenue comes from new member sign ups rather than sales and since they pay a commission on that "initiation fee" I'd stay away.

      If your interested in legit network marketing companies feel free to email me and I can recommend a few that are worth considering.

      Microsoft Outlook 2000
      You can insert HTML by using a signature or an email template. Just go to:

    I have a major problem with hubpage affiliate settings using adsense Id number code?
    I signed up for adsense through hubpages because it is faster for me to get an adsense account without owning a website. When I did that and got accepted by google, for some odd reason hubpages didn't put in the adsense code in my affiliate setting automatically which according to their rules say they would do. I can't put in the code myself even when I put my cursor over the box it wouldn't allow me to type anything. Why is this happening?       Did you copy this HTML from a Word or PDF document? I can see the double-quotes symbol in the code you pasted is the fancy sort, and these won't work for you.

    right. i understand those urls will ultimately take them inside the store, that's obviously what you are trying to accomplish, but do those urls i have been supplied with to create those links are the ones im going to want to use during linking a particular product to those urls?
